"I had a website I had designed myself on Squarespace for my business, and I knew it needed a more professional polish and more cohesive look and feel. Though I'm a great copywriter and I know all the mechanics of Squarespace, I still couldn't get it to ""pop"" and hit someone with impact as soon as they land on the page. I also had a limited budget and didn't want to get into code - I needed someone who could work on Squarespace but make it look super professional and branded. Plus, I needed it on a very short timeline - just a few weeks! Kathleen and Designstaq was an AMAZING find! She is literally what I needed - I gave her all of my current materials (color palette, copy, and preferences) and she miraculously nailed my brand in her FIRST GO, including icons, colors, photos, and a layout that made me fall in love with my own work again. It was like she could read my mind! Her combination of extensive experience but also being very attentive and caring to her customer's perspective showed through. Moreover, the process was a pleasure from start to finish - everything was perfectly structured from her end, there was very little back and forth like what usually happens when you work with contractors, creatives, or remote workers. I didn't even have to schedule any calls or meetings - she took charge of the process and the whole thing flowed effortlessly online. She is also extremely detail oriented, attentive, and quick, which is a must when it comes to website design.
